Ingredients
For the Whipped Ricotta
1½ cups whole milk ricotta
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons pistachio cream for added nutty taste
For Topping
1 cup strawberries, diced
½ cup blueberries
½ cup blackberries
Zest of 1 lemon
Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
Whip the Ricotta Add ricotta, heavy cream, honey, and vanilla to a food processor. Blend until smooth, light, and creamy, about 1–2 minutes. Scrape down sides as needed.
Prepare the Berries Wash and dry all berries. Dice strawberries and leave blueberries and blackberries whole or halved if large.
Assemble Spoon whipped ricotta into serving bowls or spread onto a platter. Create a gentle swirl on top.
Finish Top with mixed berries, lemon zest, and fresh mint leaves. Add an extra drizzle of honey if desired.
Serve Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving for a slightly firmer texture.
