2026 NBBQA Live Fire National Championship

Black Halo Culinary will compete at the 2026 NBBQA Live Fire National Championship, powered by Yoder Smokers, during the National Barbecue & Grilling Association’s 35th Annual Conference.

This invitation-only championship features ten elite live-fire cooks going head-to-head in a pure open-flame competition—no enclosed pits, no shortcuts. Brytt Bojczak will be joining acclaimed chef Carla DiLorenzo as part of the live-fire talent lineup, showcasing bold technique, refined flavor, and mastery of fire.

Judging is based on appearance, taste, doneness, and creativity, with a $10,000 purse and a national title on the line.

I am competing at the World Food Championships from October 15–18, one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the world. This event brings together elite chefs, pitmasters, and food professionals from across the globe to battle at the highest level. Competing on this stage represents both a career milestone and a continued commitment to pushing my craft, creativity, and competitive edge forward.

Black Halo Culinary will compete in Culinary Fight Club Season XI: The Blended Burger Battle, hosted at The Alley on High Street in Pennsylvania.

This live, head-to-head culinary showdown challenges chefs to push creativity, flavor, and technique under pressure. Competing chefs battle in front of a live audience and judges, creating bold, original dishes centered around the art of the blended burger.

Brytt Bojczak of Black Halo Culinary will bring her signature fire-driven approach, elevated flavor profiles, and competitive edge to the arena as part of this high-energy season.

I am competing in the FoodSport Pro League in Houston on February 26–27, an elite invitational series that brings together top-ranked culinary competitors from across the country. This competition highlights precision, creativity, and performance under pressure at the highest level of food sport. Stepping into this arena reflects my continued pursuit of excellence and my commitment to competing among the best in the industry.
